To Your Taste Herb Garden
For year round pleasure, nothing beats herb gardening. Imagine the delight of walking out and taking a pinch or a handful of your favorite herb, fresh and ready for your homemade cuisine or even as a garnish. Some herbs are strictly seasonal and in our mild climate some provide a beautiful and permanent addition to your landscape.

Strictly speaking and herb is a flowering plant that doesn’t have a woody stem. In a culinary sense we usually distinguish herbs as plants from which we use the fresh or dried leaves. Spices tend to be stronger and more pungent, using seeds, roots, fruits or flowers.

Annual seasonal herbs like parsley, basil, cilantro will grow in abundance here. Herb gardening is a good backyard landscaping idea:
- Taste good and can be used for meals
- Fresh herbs have more flavor than dried
- Are easy to grow in a small space gardening
- Can be grown indoors
- Improve your health
- Are fragrant
- Add color, texture and fragrance to the garden

Tip - For those amateur cooks, use fresh, organic herbs when entertaining outdoors. The food will taste so much better and be infused with the flavor of fresh herbs.
